Logistics Operations Manager

- Operational management within the brand new Distributions Center
- Operational management and shifts efficient planning of 250+ staff members
- Assuring process and technology synchronization
- Coordinating cooperation between subcontractors and the company's own departments: IT, sales, logistics, accounting
- Supervision Distribution Center performance and its processes based on SLA and KPIs
- Permanent cooperation with headquarters, engineers, analytics and other coordinators assigned to projects
- Continuous improvement of processes streamlining work of Distribution Center operations
- Ensuring a high level of quality
- Ensuring targeted lead times of operations
Is well experienced in warehouse operations, preferably, has experience in logistics for fashion- Knows well intralogistics technology, processes and solutions
- Has practical experience with WMS
- Has a university degree
- Has experience of working in a managerial position
- Is goal oriented
- Knows English to a degree that allows easy communication
- Is creative, has decision-making skills
- Has highly developed analytical and inference skills
- Has experience in lean management
