We are looking for a Service Centre Officer - Overnight based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Service Centre Officer, we rely on you to:
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly
Provide & record all guest message and wake-up calls
Fulfill guest needs as requested according to the established standard
Perform any other duties as requested by management
Environmental Policy & Departmental Environmental Best Practices
Handle food and beverage reservations accurately
We are looking for someone who has:
Demostrate teamwork
Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Able to work under pressure and work overnight shift
With hotel experience would be an advantage.
