Responsibilities:
- Flat File Creation: Efficiently creating and optimizing product listings using Amazon's Flat File template. This involves accurately entering product information, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, and other required details, ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines and best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues or errors related to product listings, such as missing or incorrect information, formatting problems, or compatibility issues. Collaborating with relevant teams to address and rectify any listing-related challenges.
- Copywriting: Crafting compelling and persuasive product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and other content within the Flat File framework. Your copy should effectively highlight the product's features, benefits, and unique selling points, while adhering to Amazon's guidelines and optimizing for search visibility.
- SEO Optimization: Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and integrating them strategically within the Flat File listings. Ensuring the content is search engine optimized to enhance visibility, organic ranking, and overall search performance.
- Monitoring and Analytics: Regularly monitoring the performance of product listings, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to enhance conversion rates, sales, and overall listing performance. Utilizing tools and metrics to track keyword rankings, conduct competitor analysis, and ensure the health and success of the listings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an Amazon Listing Specialist or similar role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in using Amazon's Flat File system for listing creation and optimization.(Preferred)
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings.
- Proficiency in conducting keyword research using relevant tools and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Openness to receiving and implementing constructive feedback.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Jungle Scout and Sellozo is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
