Corporate Marketing Officer (30K–32K) (SDG-96208)เจ้าหน้าที่การตลาดองค์กร
<Job Responsibilities>
- Utilize a variety of data and analytics tools to create customer segments to approach user with appropriate activities and conduct regular activities analysis
- Work closely with marketing team and In-house sales team to develop strategy for better customer experience with high sales conversion
- Execute marketing activities for all channels including campaign briefing, content creation and campaign optimization
- Create impactful campaigns/contents using direct feedback from the customers and others point of view
- Able to create wire frame and give direction for artwork to Production Team
- Measure and report performance of marketing activities and marketing recommendation to improve results
- To achieve company target for develop new customer, activate non-active customer
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing/Computer or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in online marketing/ digital marketing /e-commerce.
- Passion in marketing and business development. Willing-to-learn attitude.
- Results-oriented and a good team player
- Comfortable to work in dynamic environment and open for change.
- Good computer skill in Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ Access.
- Good command of spoken and written in English

- Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to define measures of success, report and recommend next improvement.

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ใช้เครื่องมือข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์ที่หลากหลายเพื่อสร้างกลุ่มลูกค้าเพื่อเข้าหาผู้ใช้ด้วยกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสมและดำเนินการวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมปกติ
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมการตลาดและทีมขายภายในองค์กรเพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าที่ดีขึ้นด้วยการแปลงยอดขายที่สูง
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดสำหรับทุกช่องทาง รวมถึงการบรรยายสรุปแคมเปญ การสร้างเนื้อหา และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพแคมเปญ
- สร้างแคมเปญ/เนื้อหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพโดยใช้คำติชมโดยตรงจากลูกค้าและมุมมองอื่นๆ
- สามารถสร้างโครงลวดและกำหนดทิศทางงานศิลป์ให้กับทีม Production ได้
- วัดและรายงานประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมทางการตลาดและคำแนะนำทางการตลาดเพื่อปรับปรุงผลลัพธ์
- เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัทในการพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่, เปิดใช้งานลูกค้าที่ไม่มีการใช้งาน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด/คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้านการตลาดออนไลน์ / การตลาดดิจิตอล / อีคอมเมิร์ซ
- มีใจรักในด้านการตลาดและการพัฒนาธุรกิจ ทัศนคติที่เต็มใจที่จะเรียนรู้
- มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์และเป็นผู้เล่นในทีมที่ดี
- สะดวกสบายในการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมแบบไดนามิกและเปิดรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ Access ได้ดี
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
