About this work area

The Customer Order management Team is looking for Order Allocation specialist. You will be responsible for the execution of the order allocation strategy which maximizes customer fulfilment network utilization, by contributing to analyse order and range allocation performance in all customer touch points from end-to-end perspective. You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional cash & carry retailer to an Omni-channel retailing in home furnishing business area.

About you:
  • You are inspired by finding improvements through data analysis

  • You have passion to be part of omnichannel retailing transformation
  • You have excellent analytical and numeric skills and ability to perform accurate advanced data manipulation, data analysis, and information presentation
  • You are proficient in statistical packages like Excel, and fluent in data visualization software like Qlik; knowledge of statistical programming software (Phytons, SQL) and will be a bonus point.
  • You can provide structure and order to undefined problems, and uses systemic thinking in devising solution options
  • You have ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed improvements
  • You have working experience as business analyst or equivalent function within supply chain, economics (preferrable in omnichannel retailing sector).
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal

About this work area

  • Responsible for creating an efficient and effective configuration of the order management system to support ideal order allocation in each fulfilment unit on the market; with strong cooperation with the key stakeholders to ensure that all business factors are considered to excellently fulfil the customer promise.
  • Responsible for dynamic order management system including investigating and troubleshooting on system issue, provide business input to digital development.
  • Responsible to review order orchestration parameters, according to business improvement need, in customer fulfilment backbone systems in collaboration with your stakeholders.
  • Responsible for monitoring customer order flow throughout the order life cycle; gather and analyse order information, turn order data into information and insight, which can be used to recognizes customer order flow problems and opportunities, engages in continuous assessment and improvement to find better order fulfilment setup towards lower costs.
  • Responsible for reviewing product allocation while keeping holistic view in balancing among capacity utilisation, stock, and service availability to provide seamless customer shopping experience.
  • Contribute to developing local improvements in working methods, process, and tools; and take part in implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working with all partners on the market, in close cooperation and co-creation with the Group Customer Order Team to secure continuous improvement.

For this position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 2.775,- (on fulltime base with an ALL IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification. And we are happy to offer the option for job sharing.
