Job Description
Generate Pre-Booked Meal Reports & amp; Passenger Load from the system.
Analyze PBM & Commercial Sales data including Passenger Load Data.
Provide meal distribution for commercial sales on each flight.
Raise Purchasing Requisitions for all categories; Perishable, Non-Perishable, Merchandise, and Amenities.
Prepare Meal Order Notification to all parties concerned.
Liaise with flight operation on aircraft allocation, aircraft movements, flight movement, flight cancellation, etc., and coordinate with In-flight Catering for meal uploading.
Coordinate with the caterer (outside supplier).
Prepare a report regarding Meal Orders and Meal Wastage/Shortage.
Perform other tasks or assignments as directed by Inventory Management Executive / In-flight Operations Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Business, Airport Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience in inventory planning, stock planning, or relevant field.
Able to work under a time limit. Self-motivated, hard-working, work independently, and in teamwork.
Able to communicate in English.
Computer literate: Ms. Office-Word, Excel, Internet, and e-mail.
