Job Description
- Monitor and report product and QMS performance in the plant. Use appropriate statistical techniques and quality tools to ensure consistency of product quality.
- Implement statistical technique such as SPC and QC tools for process control and data analysis.
- In-charge of SPC for manufacturing plant.
- Create the report as output from product quality and process monitoring.
- Identify, lead and implement opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process using Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
- Generate non-conformance and/or CAPA as necessary per the out put of process and product monitoring.
- Execute projects and other duties that determined by supervisor.
Qualifications

Requirement
- Bachelor degree in a engineering or science field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry with experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Black Belt certificate is preferable and advantage.
- Have statistical technical knowledge such as SPC, Hypothesis test and DOE.
- Strong fundamentals in quality assurance principle.
- Quality auditor is preferred.
- Working knowledge of inspection and test techniques, quality assurance procedures, statistical analysis.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and or 21 CFR Part 820 regulations.
- People skills, project management skill and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and detail-oriented.
- Able to work within international environment.
- Able to lead and coach cross-functional teams.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office.
